Processing Time

Because all items are personalized to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive a notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Canada & USA: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Equestria CO is not responsible for packages once they are in transit. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We're always happy to help if you need guidance.
